Think it's "skinny cigarette" rather than "skin and cigarette."
Also, think it's "I'm not much for talking, until I'm pushed aside - then I speak just fine."
Love love love the vocals (including backing) on this track. It has such a great, driving energy. Great song to run to!!

I have tro think he is talking about this restaurant in this song. "Rosé wine and skinny cigarettes, locks fall down your neck" Caleb is enjoying lunch with his wife.
