First time I heard it, at least until Arianne started singing, I thought it was a Beatles song. Anyways, it's ridiculous how well it fits in with what happens in the End of Evangelion. Never would have thought a song like this would be utilized in this manner.
@Goatllama Anno actually planned on using Hey Jude for the ending but that wasn\'t possible due to circumstances so Komm Susser Tod was made in it\'s place.
