Such arguments, particularly when alcohol is involved, can be utterly devoid of logic and this song takes place at the point where one half just gives in and says, "Look, maybe I was a prick and maybe you were a wee bit reactionary, but we are definitely both drunk and this will not solve itself now. Please can we go to sleep."
