I've listened to this song for the past 5 years and I think I only just now realized what this song might be about. To me this song is about anxiety. It's about that feeling that you get inside of you that cripples you, causing you to worry and stall important things in life turning you into nothing other than a static inoperable person. Its about working hard and often to overcome and succumb to the pressure of anxiety of any sort. It's about jumping in and out of your skin, and getting rid of that shake in your hands, or at least trying to.
