The first few times I heard the song I thought the lyrics were
"I am, and you can't. Won't tell no one about it."
That gave me the impression that she's talking to a now sober friend. The best friend she is sleeping with is alcohol. She's coxing this person, understanding that they're now sober and can't/or shouldn't drink. But she's promising to not tell anyone, if they'll get drunk and have a ball with her.
