Just to add on what MayaMoo said about Charon.
Keaton is talking about death, suicide. In Greek Mythology, Hercules goes to the underworld and instead of dying gets out. So when he says "I ain't no Hercules" He is saying that he won't come back.
Quite a somber song really.
