I think this song follows the same line as No More Mr. Nice Guy in the fact that it is satirizing his critics. The song is obviously about his stage performance and the critic’s reviews or even the uninformed public.
For example in the first stanza: "For criminal acts and violence on the stage." could refer to the imagery from the songs I Love the Dead or Only Women Bleed.
The next “For being a brat refusing to act your age.” Obviously I’m Eighteen.
The next” For all of the decent citizens you’ve enraged.” –No More Mr. Nice Guy!
