To put it simply, his singing about clubs, behavior and what people do etc.
However the tittle is kinda misleading in a way he is trying to be ironic.
Since most mainstream songs about party anthems are catchy and just about the sounds/beats to influence people to dance. What Alex did is make this song beautiful and makes me appreciate the irony behind it. You can still dance even without catchy beats.
