I think the "nuevo" in the second verse is actually "nuestro", based on the way El Guincho is singing it. Using that word replacement, I made an approximate English translation of the song for anyone who was interested. (Feel free to correct it, I'm not a very good Spanish-speaker and I just used Google Translate and some editing to make it make more sense.)
