I'm not too sure about the meaning, but I imagine of the speaker being with one other person, maybe a girl. I think "loaded painted red" means that whoever the speaker was with became drunk, and their face turned red from it.
"You decided on the best disorder" could refer to alcoholism or maybe drug abuse. The part about "dropping matches" makes me think that they were smoking, too, or possibly even burning things down. The disorder would be pyromania in that case. Either way, it's my favorite line from the song.
