Really great song. I feel like it could be the music for a dramatic sequence in a snuff film documentary, especially with the way the song ends-- that drilling sound effect just sounds so evil and dehumanizing, like it's the sound of something truly awful. Not to say that I support violence or anything, but I just get a very sinister vibe from the song. It's an interesting closer for a really phenomenal album-- I respect him for making such a bold creative choice.

I really like the relationship interpretation-- it definitely sounds like what he was going for here, and it makes even more sense now that I know the line is "sit and burn a lie," not "sit and burn alive"
