"You don't have t wait for more instructions-" if she knows what she likes, show him what to do for her instead of waiting on what he wants. "No one makes a monkey out of me." I think this is an expression, but I'm not sure if I've ever heard it used anywhere else. I think it's saying, don't embarrass me.
