I think I've got a couple books like he's talking about, some of the first ones I read and fell in love with. I managed to keep them this long. It's amazing the memories that I recall when I pick them up. Like going to camp in the sixth grade with only one book and the stuffed bear I was ashamed that I still needed to fall asleep. I read that book and cried to sleep every night. Poor banderbear.
