I think the one who's talking is He's pain.
"I'm not yours as much as you are mine" - the pain owns him
"Between my legs you are closer death than sun
And I'm not your daughter as much as you're my son" - Seems like his pain takes the form of a woman. Maybe it has something to do with his mother.
"You let me win, I let you drown" - He is fighting constantly with this pain, and is he gives up, he would drown.
"I am crying unwept tears through this violence
I'll die trying to break this thick crust of silence" - I think that He is violent and abusive towards others and that's his way of crying as a result of this pain. It seems that he deals with his pain alone and doesn't tell anyone about the source of that pain.

I can take you far but I'll burn you out before we get there" - The pain is general and everybody has it. It seems that people want to embrace this pain in order to deal with what happens to them, but if they embrace it too much, they drown and burn out. He's violence is his embracement of this pain, but going to far with it will make him drown.

If I deserve to die I'll make it show" - He's violence towards others.
"I will stain your affection, I will wear out your heart
You'll follow where I go" - This time I think it's the pain who wears out He's heart.
