This song literally sends chills down my spine every single time I listen to it. For me it's so personal. My interpretation is partly drawn from my own experience. My boyfriend just confessed to me that i kissed his ex during the first month of our relationship. I felt so betrayed mostly because he still keeps in touch with her and hangs out with her but swears he is not interested and it was an accident- she wants to be with him though. I want to be able to trust him, as he told me how much he regretted it and felt horrible. But I still feel uneasy and it makes me sick to my stomach when i think about it. This song just hits home with me. I feel like it perfectly describes my situation. Also how she still refers to him as love in the song, I think this signifies that even though he hurt her she can't let go of her feelings for him.
