I think À tout à l'heure = the new Hakuna Matata

Just from researching, a tout à l'heure roughly translates to "just now", so to me this song means just living in the moment.. being free & happy without thinking or worrying too much about anything

"Break it off, break it off, when you see it glow and you're thinking it's ripened" "Cut it off, cut it off, when you see it grow and you're thinking it's bolting"

I think those two lines mean when you start to think too much about something to stop & enjoy things for what they are.. basically, just to be happy.
