His habit is dope and he keeps getting his "fix". So I assume Meghan WAS his girlfriend who maybe left him because of his addiction. And im sure he had things to say about her leaving too. Also, I know im making sense, BUT I don't get the car crash part. Its a metaphor but what does it have to do with what im saying.
