To my idea, this song is about governments, keep a lot of things top secret so their folks do not find out their plans, because they would be shocked.
They come up with various tricks to "keep us all dumbed down and hope that we will never see the truth around". So they are all actually lying.
In the second verse, it gets time for the population to rise up, no matter what, even if it means death (we should not be afraid to die), starting a revolution or something certain, and that the 'fat cats gets a heart attack', litterly, that they get taken down and the secrets get leaked.
