I absolutely love this song, it hits home for me. It's clearly about a breakup. And whether it happened just the other day or a few years ago, you cannot get him out of your mind. You want to get rid of all of his things, but you can't bring yourself to do it. You've had previous breakups that were easy to get over, but this guy really sticks. You've tried everything to get over him, but at the same time.. you don't want to be over him. Nothing you do will "shake him," and it's really difficult to accept it and move on.
