Wow, I feel very nerdy for coming up with this explanation of the song, but I think it's about a lich-lord and two of his subjects. A lich is a special type of undead creature that voluntarily gave up his natural life for immortality. Lich's unlike other undead are very intelligent, sometimes inhumanly so, and often command legions of lesser undead. Look at the Wikipedia page for an explanation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lich
There are at least 3 main characters in this song. There is the "outlaw bandit" (who I think is also the the "nameless one", and I think that this guy is the lich-lord). The other two characters are the deceased couple that are in love. Anyway, I think that the dead couple are being called back to life (undeath) to serve the nameless one, (the lich-lord/outlaw bandit). Normally, zombies don't experience love, but during this current undead craze, it's not unheard of.
Of course symbolically, this song explores love, and alternative lifestyles (this sounds like I'm describing homsexuality, but that's not my intent).

I found an interview from loudwire.com with Michael Poulsen where he explains the story of the song. I posted the majority of it underneath.
