Clearly this guy cheated , she is questioning him... he is not sorry nor regrets it.... he is basically giving her the option to either get over it and drop it and or just say goodbye and end things because either way it will not change his feelings for her and this other person.
Sure its kinda sad and mean, but I guess these are his honest feelings about the situation. It happens, honestly the man thing to do would be to end things with this girl if you are not sorry about cheating and have intentions on continuing to cheat.
