I love this song. Because in a way it helps with something I'm really hurt about. A few years back I had a friend who in essence ripped my heart out.
It was pretty complicated but the lines:

I always ACT as if I just remember him as a classmate not as if I remember him as the person who caused me to become very easy to upset and just destroyed me.
But it isn't true. Because even after everything he still WAS the very first person in my school to be my friend. So, it still hurts. This song expresses exactly what I feel just as opposed to love it's a friendship for me.
