I saw an interview with the Raveonettes once where the interviewer asks what this song is about - Sune just answers: "groupies" .. So I guess that what he is trying to say is that groupies are his fix when touring (back then, not anymore I assume) and describing groupies and people's thoughts of them..

People say she's a whore anyway" he kind of justifies that these girls are just a fix for him, not love, just sex.
