I'm just taking a guess and saying that this is referring to churches or "group of people since that what church is suppose to mean.... but anyway basically people holding onto this mentality of "we're sinners, we're sinners" .. speaking from the seats being spoken for and being caged in a weekends success. even though it's true, we shouldn't hang our heads low because we'll miss the point of being saved or else all is lost.
