I don't think the lyrics are exact, but to me this song is pretty straightforward. It's about having a hole to fill, a bottomless pit in your soul/heart. It's about how he has the power to do anything he wants, but he still feels some sort of emptiness inside. The "I'm jumping into a big black void....." part to me shows how he feels guilty for hurting others due to him trying to fill his void. This makes him want to isolate himself in order to keep from hurting anyone else. The "stone god...." line I think references an ancient pagan stone statue (similar to Stonehenge) of a god designed to draw power ("drink") from the moon, or celebrate/worship the moon and/or lunar cycle. The pagans did in fact worship the moon, so it seem fitting.
