Even though this song is actually about having loved someone then losing them and then losing your mind , to me it is about being confused about who you are and and not knowing who you are. But at the same time your angry at someone or a lot of people and you wish yo ad not been your best with them or stood up to them or something like that. Also you are not interested or do not care about anything. And maybe you are not living life to the fullest because you are drowning in your misery.
