"should never have looked so close" i think this means that she shouldn't have looked so close. haha :) as in, shouldn't have tried so hard to seek what she wanted.. in other words, maybe, shouldn't have been too greedy? or naive?
"i can see all your cracks" this may not neccessarily be said to another person. it may mean that now she realises what she's done and now can see all the flaws and bad things of the thing that she wanted so much
