Sure this alot to say to lyrics in a rather obscure song, but if you try reading/listening again the meaning behind it will be clearer for you to achieve your own conclusions. There could be a hint of "new age" ideologies behind "Unrest this restless heart, with 'stellar circuitry'", but at the same time it can be interpreted in a theological sense, like a request for a divine awakening.
