It is dedicated to Mic Christopher, Irish indie musician and I believe a friend of Lisa's (as she sang at his record and there are few shot of them together) which passed away in 2001. after falling down the stairs. Now, I don't know are the lyrics about him - except mentioning of the stairs it does not make much sense, to be honest - but it is certainly a lovely thing to dedicate it to a memory of such great musician. It is also an amazing song.
