Literally translated "On mani padme hum" means "Jewel in the Lotus", or "Bead in the Lotus. It is a Sanskrit mantra, usually associated with compassion, body, mind and bliss. It is mostly found written in and on Buddhist Tibetan artifacts. My guess is the saying along with the overall feel of the rest of the lyrics are indicating the otherworldly phenomenon of a woman's distinct sexual pleasure. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what the "jewel" in the lotus is. Also the reference to "G" could also be referring to the OTHER jewel in the lotus. I also think with the references to the moon, premonitions, etc that there may be horoscopes involved. Just my take :)
