While like a lot of Jazz and Blues inspired longs and dances it certainly has sexual connotations, Truckin' is a jazz dance move. It was popularized by white students who discovered a black dance club called the "Big Apple" in the 1930s. They popularized "The Big Apple," a call-out where dancers performed dances they'd learned from the club. Truckin' was known long before R Crumb depicted it in his cartoon. The Cod Fish Ball has "Tunas trucking left and right," Bing Crosby and Donald O'Conner sing of "double truckin down the avenue" Back in the Old Routine, and the Crows in Dumbo "know of a man who made a vegetable truck" and then perform the trucking move.

@MizVixi The song is about an obese woman with a vaginal infection ("smell like fish"), a love of masturbation with a vibrator ("what you gonna do when that damn thing rusts"). I saw Jourma up close is a bar in the deep South (U.S.). I tried to get him to do this song without success - I guess he was afraid of offending the southern evangelists ( you know, those people who were descendents of slave owners).
