It's so nice to hear Hayley using her lower range and more of her head voice. And this song is really nice to listen to.
I almost think it's about her watching somebody with depression, she's hurting just from watching them hurt, and of course she doesn't want them to be hurting like this, but at the same time, she's quietly urging them to keep pushing on through the pain.
