This song spoke to me of a person I only knew briefly but who was loved by so many.... and he perished in the Kauai surf from a freak rogue wave that literally pulled him into the deep blue. He was never recovered, but his best friend who went in after him was recovered, lifeless. A very sad loss of two very special, bright and beautiful lights, now in our skies at night. Both were naturalists, dancers, loved life, loved people, loved everything and everyone. I like to think that the one who was never recovered is really just returned to the Mother earth and had become all a part of us, for those who knew him and miss him, he is the air they breathe and forever the ocean we all love.
