She feels like she is being watched and analyzed by the "faces in the sky" which are nothing but pigments of her own imagination.

Zombies are violently slaughtered by the 4 characters, it ends painfully and slow as each round the zombies get stronger and stronger, slowly overwhelming the characters. I think "My sweet pareidolia" explains that Sam may imagining all this is her head and is her skew from reality.
