This is obvious from the reference to the "lady from Baltimore" which was the name of an LP Cliff brought out which contains a cover of this Tim Hardin song.
I first heard Cliff about 1968 and was impressed with his version of green sleeves "bluesleeves". I don't think Cliff Aungier got the recognition he deserved
