I imagine that this song is about him loosing literally everything... he has slowly lost everything in his life that gave him happiness there is nothing left... so he commits suicide, by jumping into the Ocean..

when he refers to "Sleeping" it means death. when he refers to "Falling deeper and deeper" that either means going deeper into depression or the ocean (to kill himself)

Sirens are mythical creatures that use to sing songs to lure sailors to their deaths by making them crash into rocks, so by saying sirens are calling you, it is like Death is awaiting you.

Davy Jones locker is a place in the ocean that is where the souls of Sailors go once they have died (at sea) so its saying that davy Jones is waiting for you to die.

So its a song about killing yourself... which is probably why i love it
