i'm not really a fan of this band. they're a little too metalcore for my tastes (i'm more into artsy punk/hardcore), they're not so adept with constructing melodies, and they lay down the testosterone a little too heavy for me to be able to relate. really, it's sort of like modern hair metal; a more poetic axl rose.

You could be so sure his songs mean what you think and then your hear someone else's interpretation and you head can explode. In an interview when this album came out he addressed this song along the lines of what other people have said: a song about seeing his friends around him hating their jobs/life/etc and wishing they would have stuck to playing music like he had while at the same...
