It's such an honor to be able to interpret a such a remarkable song. I've done it only 2x before, and for some strange reason the simple accomplishment offers such an incredible high. I suppose when the song is so touching on an emotional level it all makes sense.
Not a huge fan of Kath Bloom's voice, but for this particular song it is perfect. There is an innocence, a purity, to her voice, which is necessary for this simple, yet poignant song. It's just incredibly special.
The thought that she perhaps was somewhere strumming on an acoustic guitar thinking about someone in her life (or from her past) and this song was created during that moment just gives me chills.
