Anybody who is different (visible tattoo's, handicap, ect) will have people stop and stare that them no matter where they go. people who should know better will even stop and point. my mother has a few tattoos on her face and any time she goes out in public people act as if she has leprosy. overall its just a literal song about how different people are treated in public.
