an Album Explanation
Upon walking by a pub, the devil discovers a couple whose love was truly pure, being who he was he had a natural inclination to destroy such love. He hatches a devious plan, one that will drive a man to the brink of insanity and back, twice. Possessing the poor soul he alludes him to the fact that it wasn't himself, but indeed lucifer who stole his loves life. In a guilt fueled rage with much encouragement from the devil and his minions the poor misguided soul begins a killing spree, only to be cut short by an encounter with his dear Annabel. At this point he temporarily regains his sanity, but not for long. The fleeting, yet blissful meeting ended abruptly, almost as soon as it began. Followed by a visitor of completely different sorts.
In a bitter and deceitful meeting the devil offers him an irresistible stipulation His soul in return for Annabel. After realising treachery and foul play, the cheated man is reunited with his Annabel, who has returned in an ethereal form otherwise known as an angel. Eager to truly be one with his love again, he considers suicidal actions and soon learns a more retributional path. Allied with his soul-mate, they engage in a heated head to head stand off with the devil himself. The troubled lover is murdered. He ascends to heaven, where all his misdeed are forgiven. Upon his arrival he is reunited with his lover. Right where they left off in their past life, living oblivious to to the fact that there love was so powerful it defeated evil himself.
