To me, the heroine of this song is not necesarily a plastic and shallow seducer. She might be a troubled woman with a darker side to her, a destructive personality that makes it impossible to have a 'normal' relationship. But she can't help herself and she wants this man, knowing at the same time she is going to bring him down, cut off his friendships. I agree with Persephone28 - it can't be about vampires, I bet the meaning is metaphorical. There is this term 'emotional vampire' aka someone who's toxic in a relationship and I think this song might refer to that.
@st-merija I like the first two ideas here but I read into it very differently... I saw it as the opposite. I feel that the girl and the guy are potentially house mates... she is besotted and very much in love with the guy. But he just sees it as casual sex.
