It's pretty obvious what it's about from the lyrics, but Mike's said that it's about this girl in a band LTA were on tour with who he kept hooking up with who had a boyfriend back home and apparently lead him along.
Not really relevant to the understanding of the song but I'm pretty sure the girl who he's singing about is the bassist for Eyes Set To Kill. Could be wrong though.
