I think it's about a very very sick girl that lost her vision. She's suffered an awful accident, but she didn't die, she "only" lost her vision. Her friends even made a joke thinking it wasn't truth. But it was. She's entered in dispair because of the vision she's lost and started behaving unfairly with her friends. As they weren't giving a damn to her.
