I disagree. I first heard this song on another music site earlier tonight. I think the s/he has to have "one more summer," meaning s/he cannot give it up. "I don't think I can change. And I can't stay away" references the summer; the people of the summer; the entertainment, etc. There's a longing for the routine of summer, complete with the freedom that comes with it. See, Brazillians know what they want and need, even if they tend to keep it from themselves...
