Middle school me was really frustrated because I tried very hard to be who I am inside, but when I mentioned that to friends they would put me down as being critical of others because it's natural to care what people think of you, or whatever. And it is, and maybe I WAS more critical of people who change themselves for others than I am now.
The point is, "through others, we become ourselves" is sort of what they, the Archetypes, said. And they were implying that they were better than me.
I love looking back and realizing that I am growing into the person I want to be.
