I think it's about a wonan after breaking up, when she tries to move on.
One day she wakes up, doing her best to be cheerful with the help of milk, toast and honey so she can feel warm inside ("make it sunny") and not so sad ("in a rainy Saturday").
She probably didn't see it coming (the breaking up) because it was so clear and so near but after all, it was just her wishful thinking only, it was not real.
