There's a lot of obvious drug references in this song and partying possibly being with a stripper ("let me see that ass, look at all this cash" and "I love to watch you dance".)
My take on it, is this guy met a stripper after he broke it off with his girl and is using it as an opportunity to be comforted by her because he's lonely. He knows that this girl doesn't care about him and he's not just paying her to dance for him but he also wants to feel a human connection. He wants to feel loved whether it be real or fake.
