I don't know maybe it's someone that passed 30 years (3 decades) with fear, not being able to do nothing because of his year, and he was isolated on Canada. Or, I can think of someone that passed 30 years depedent of his parents and now hes ready to lead your life, or someone that was always scared of confess his love for some girl... I don't really know
