The song is telling the story of a cult taking over an elite club. But it's really a dark fantasy about underdogs and misfits getting the better of people who bully or mistreat them. It's sounds really creepy on her Deconstructed EP.

Ke$ha inherently brings about secret society symbols as a way to mock the cults. In fact, I think this whole video is commentary on secret societies. She isn't physically trying to start one; instead she's pretending to be part of a secret society as a way to show what America is inherently becoming.
