I think this is pretty self explanatory. She wants some time to figure out her life without her partner. Wants to be on her own and see what that's like. The only part that is a little unclear is when she says

i’m on the whole again knowing i'm happy" because maybe she's happy alone without her partner and that's hard, or it's the hardest part because she's currently happy but has to leave anyways.
